Shipping & Returns Policy

At RUI, we are committed to delivering a seamless and refined shopping experience from start to finish. Please review our shipping and return guidelines below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed with care within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation within 3 business days with tracking details.

•⁠ ⁠Orders placed after 10 AM will be processed on the next open business day.

An email with delivery confirmation and further details will be sent once your order is en route.

Flat Rate Shipping

We ship throughout Canada and the United States. Orders are generally shipped within 1–3 business days.

•⁠ ⁠Canada: Flat rate of $10 for orders under $100 CAD
•⁠ ⁠United States: Flat rate of $20 USD
•⁠ ⁠We do not currently ship outside Canada and the U.S.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT, which are the responsibility of the customer. RUI is not liable for these additional charges once your package arrives in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is:

•⁠ ⁠Unused
•⁠ ⁠In its original condition
•⁠ ⁠In original packaging (if applicable)

Once we receive the return, you will be refunded the full amount excluding return shipping costs
